Abstract

|
To provide baseline data for the public medical service strategy based on the analysis of Korean Standard Classification of Disease(KCD) system. We analyzed the data of patients who received public medical service in Yangju-city for 4 years(2011-2014) using KCD-6 system, and selected several main codes of disease based on a statistical significance. Data on each level of health institution were also studied. There was a decrease in the number of patients for every 4 years in every institution. I-, M-, J-, K-, E-code had more patients than other codes of diseases. In a quarterly analysis, only J-code showed significant difference.
